Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact. You must have the order number or proof of purchase. Note: Items without original packaging, signs of use, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return or refund: Innerwear or undergarments (due to hygiene reasons) Sale or discounted items marked “Final Sale” Used or opened electronics Custom or made-to-order products Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved: Your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method or via bank transfer (as applicable). If your return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you at your cost. Exchanges We only replace products if: They arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
